HouseJet Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HouseJet.com, our agent websites, mobile apps, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), provided by HouseJet, LLC ("HouseJet," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
For details on how we collect, use, and share your personal information — including our policy on calls, texts, and AI-assisted communications — see our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
1. Description of Service
HouseJet operates an online real estate lead generation platform. Through the Services, you can search property listings, request home valuations, and submit inquiries about buying, selling, or valuing real estate. When you submit an inquiry, HouseJet will contact you directly, and will assign and refer you to an independent, licensed real estate agent who is a HouseJet customer ("Partner Agent") to assist with your real estate needs. HouseJet does not currently refer leads to mortgage lenders, title companies, insurance providers, or other third-party service providers.
HouseJet is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not itself provide brokerage services. We do not represent buyers or sellers in a transaction, do not owe you a fiduciary duty, and are not a party to any agreement between you and a Partner Agent. Partner Agents are independent third parties and customers of HouseJet — not employees or agents of HouseJet.
HouseJet is compensated by Partner Agents — including on a pay-after-closing basis — for the referral. This fee is paid by the Partner Agent, not by you, and does not change the commission, rate, or terms you separately negotiate with your agent unless otherwise disclosed to you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.
3. Your Submissions and Account
If you submit information through a form (including a Facebook/Meta or Google lead ad, our website, or chat) or create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You're responsible for all activity associated with your submissions or account, and for keeping any login credentials confidential.
4. Consent to Communications
By submitting your contact information through the Services, you agree that HouseJet and/or a Partner Agent may contact you by phone, text, email, ringless voicemail, AI-assisted calling or chat systems, or other methods, including for marketing — regardless of whether your number is on a Do Not Call list, and even though consent is not required to purchase any product or service. 5. Listing Data, Valuations, and Accuracy Disclaimer
Property listing data (including via IDX/MLS feeds) is supplied by third parties, including local Multiple Listing Services and participating brokers, and is provided "as is." HouseJet does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of listing information, including price, availability, square footage, or condition. Verify all listing details independently. Listings may be subject to prior sale, change, or withdrawal without notice.
Automated home value estimates or other valuation tools on the Services are computer-generated estimates only — not appraisals — and should not be relied on as a substitute for a licensed appraisal or a real estate professional's opinion of value.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for an unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Services without our written permission
- Harass, abuse, or harm any person, including a Partner Agent
- Impersonate any person or entity
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Services — text, graphics, logos, software, and the HouseJet name and branding — is owned by or licensed to HouseJet and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission, except as necessary for the Services' intended personal, non-commercial use.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to third-party sites or integrate with third-party tools (MLS providers, mapping services, payment processors, Partner Agent sites). We don't control and aren't responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any listing, valuation, or referral will meet your expectations or result in a successful transaction.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HouseJet and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or any transaction with a Partner Provider, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed fees paid over the previous 12 months.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HouseJet, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or your dealings with a Partner Agent.
12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the rules of AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You and HouseJet each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer protection law in your state of residence requires otherwise.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13) will survive.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
